Cemtral Aroostook Girls Soccer at Ashland (Awaiting score)

At Ashland, the No. 2 Hornets overcame a 1-0 halftime deficit when Marissa Chasse and Caitlin Paradis each scored to lift Ashland over the No. 7 Panthers in Eastern Maine Class D quarterfinal action.

Karli Levecque scored at the 14-second mark of the first half on an assist from Molly Anthony for Central Aroostook of Mars Hill (8-8). Paradis tied the game for Ashland at the 15:47 mark of the second half on an assist from Savannah Flint. Chasse scored the winning goal with 10 minutes left in the game on a Paradis assist to seal the win.

Macie Bellanceau made four saves on eight shots for Ashland (14-1) and Central Aroostook’s April Santiago made 14 saves on 34 shots.
