At Ellsworth, Josh Bean helped set up both Ellsworth  goals as the top-ranked Eagles shut out the No. 4 Vikings in the Eastern Maine Class B semifinal.

Ellsworth, now 15-1, will host No. 2 Camden Hills in EM final on Wednesday. Caribou finished at 10-5-1.

Ellsworth scored its first goal with 25:36 left in the first half when Bean’s throw-in deflected off a Caribou defender and into the goal. With 5:48 left in the game, Conor Maguire headed a Bean throw-in to Jack Weeks, who headed the ball into the goal.

Ellsworth goalkeeper Steven Mahon finished with 8 saves on 12 shots while Caribou’s Matthew Manter made 12 saves on 16 shots.
