Camden Hills Football 7 at Nokomis 22

At Newport, senior running back Austin Chipman scored three touchdowns, including a 102-yard interception return, to lead the Warriors to their first win of the season.

Chipman picked off a pass in the end zone in the second quarter, sprinted down the sideline and made the final five yards when Nathan Michaud blocked a Camden Hills defender.

Chipman also scored on a 1-yard run in the first quarter and a 41-yard run in the fourth quarter. He also had a two-point conversion rush and Clayton Saving kicked two extra points for the 1-6 Warriors.

Chipman finished with 116 yards on 29 carries while Nokomis held Camden Hills to 119 total yards.

Alex Crams scored on a 43-yard run for 0-7 Camden Hills.
