Competitive Energy Services (CES) will hold an energy seminar at The University of Maine Buchanan Alumni House on March 4, 2014 from 8 am to 12 pm.

This seminar will feature presentations from various energy experts on a range of topics, including the recent volatility in the energy markets. Despite record US oil, natural gas and propane production, prices have been affected by the ability to get these commodities to markets. CES President & COO Jon Sorenson and CES Senior Vice President Andy Price will delve into the many factors that have contributed to the volatility in the energy markets, examine strategies for surviving in these conditions, and discuss taking advantage of sustainability initiatives.

There will be a tour of the Advanced Structures and Composites Center at The University of Maine – sign up early as space is limited! A light continental breakfast will be provided.

This event is free and open to the public. Please register in advance online or by contacting Kristan Gibson.
