10 am – 11:30 am SERC Institute invites all veterans and their families to a special observance at Moore Auditorium on the SERC campus in Winter Harbor. Former Commanding Officer of Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, VADM Michael Rogers will be the guest speaker. Presentations to Veterans will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Free and open to the public; auditorium seating is limited.
