From a starlit backyard to Italy and the invention of the telescope 400 years ago, follow the story of two students who join a local star party and discover how telescopes work, and what wonders they reveal. Learn about discoveries by such greats as Galileo, Huygens, Newton, and Hubble, and virtually enter the largest observatories in the world to see how modern astronomers use these instruments in exploring the mysteries of the universe. Families are welcome, but this show is most appropriate for stargazers age 9 and up.
