Take a step toward a healthier life! Join us for True North’s inaugural 5K Wellness Walk along beautiful Route 88 in Falmouth, Maine to celebrate healthy living, preventive care and True North’s 10 year anniversary. Pick your pace; walk or run (this is not a race) with your friends, family and co-workers to support your own health and well-being and to support True North. http://www.firstgiving.com/truenorthhealthcenter/wellness-walk-2012 Time: Registration and Warm Up activities begin at 5:30pm; the Walk begins at 6:00pm. Course: Route 88 in Falmouth, beginning at Pine Grove School. The course will head north and turn around at Knight Street, returning to Pine Grove School. Registration information: $20 – Adults (ages 18 and over) $10 – Teens (ages 13-17) FREE – Children (ages 12 and under) Additional fundraising goal: We encourage participants to achieve a fundraising goal of $75 through individual sponsors. Fundraisers who surpass $100 in additional fundraising will be entered in a special raffle drawing.
