ORONO, Maine — Baritone Anthony Brown will present ”I Go On Singing: a Tribute to the Life of Paul Robeson,” 12:30-1:45 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 8, in the Bangor Room, Memorial Union, University of Maine.
In his tribute to Paul Robeson, who was an All-American football player, Shakespearean actor, world famous singer, film star, and courageous human rights, peace and justice activist, Brown will present his national performance of Robeson’s songs and narration of his life.
Admission is free.
