Tomáseen Foley’s A Celtic Christmas brings native Irish performers to Maine for a family-friendly performance that is an ideal way to kick of the holiday season. The show recreates the joy and innocence of a night before Christmas in a farmhouse in a remote parish in the west of Ireland, when neighbors gather around the fire to grace the long wintry night with the laughter of their stories, the sounds of their music, and the joy of their dances.
The performance will be at the Caribou Performing Arts Center located at Caribou High School on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 7:00 pm.
Advance tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students, and are on sale at Paradis Shop & Save, Sleepers, and Foster’s Mobil One Stop in Caribou, Bradley’s Citgo and the Aroostook Centre Mall in Presque Isle, York’s Bookstore and Paradis Shop & Save in Houlton, Tulsa in Van Buren, and Paradis Shop & Save in both Fort Kent and Madawaska. Remaining tickets will be available at the door for $24 and $18.
