The Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Maine presents the comic opera “The Mikado” at the Bangor Opera House, home of the Penobscot Theatre, FRiday, February 22 at 8 p.m., Saturday, February 23, at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday, February, 24 at 2 p.m. The opera features many of Gilbert and Sullivan’s most loved songs such as “Tit-Willow”, “The Sun Whose Rays”, and “Three Little Maids.” Tickets are $18 for adults and $16 for seniors and students available by calling 942-3333 or online at www.penobscottheatre.org.
