A Denver company is proposing to build a 22.7 million gallon liquefied petroleum gas mega-tank and terminal on Mack Point in Searsport, just behind Angler’s Restaurant about 120 yards from Route 1.

To learn more about the proposed mega-tank, who profits, who loses, and how it will affect our communities for decades please come to a presentation by Thanks But No Tank. Tuesday, November, 13, 2012 7PM at the Hampden Public Safety Building Community Room.

PARKING IS DESIGNATED TO THE SIDES OF THE BUILDING ALONG THE UPPER LOT, IN SPACES IN THE LOWER LOT AND IN FREE SPACES BEHIND THE POST OFFICE.

PLEASE, NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING.
