SUMMER HIKES IN THE GREAT POND WILDLANDS

In the weeks ahead, Great Pond Trust President, Sarah LeVine, will be leading regular Saturday morning hikes in the Wildlands. All ages are welcome. Participants will meet at the South Gate at 10 AM and carpool to the designated trailhead.

Saturday August 10: Short hike. Hothole Pond Trail, Beaver dam, Birding Path, Hothole Pond.

Saturday August 17: Long hike. Dead River Trail via Gold Stream up Great Pond Mountain.

Saturday August 24: Short hike. Bump Hill.

Saturday August 31: Long hike. Oak Hill, East Ridge, Flag Hill, Hillside Trail.

September hikes to be announced.
