Annual Book, Plant, and Bake Sale at Stockton Springs Community Library
On Saturday, June 2nd from 9 AM to 2 PM the Stockton Springs Community Library will hold its popular Annual Book, Plant, and Bake Sale at the library on Main Street in Stockton Springs.
This event is the library’s largest fund-raising event. Stock up on books for summer reading while snacking on delicious homemade baked goods. You’ll also find many hardy perennials to brighten up your garden. Also for sale will be DVDs, VHS films, and audio books.
Also on that day library volunteers will be selling raffle tickets for a beautiful Dollhouse. The custom built ten room center hall colonial dollhouse is electrified, unfurnished, and undecorated and is a $1,500 value! Tickets are $2. each or 3 for $5. The drawing will be held at the library’s Annual Tea in September.
The Stockton Springs Community Library was founded in 2001 and is located on Main Street in the historic Colcord House, which is owned by the Stockton Springs Historical Society. The library is run by a group of dedicated volunteers and new volunteers are always welcome. For more information visit www.stockstonspringslibrary.org
