SOLON- The Solon 200 is a bike ride for any and all motorcycles on Saturday, Sept. 29. In its 18th year, this all benefits the Hospice of Somerset County in Maine. We have bikes from all over New England. Come and join us! A small donation of $10 per person gets you a GREAT ride and a spaghetti supper at the Solon Hotel. Best of all it will help those who need it the most.

This bike run registration begins at 9 a.m. and the ride at around 10 a.m. The run is about 200 miles. It leaves from the Solon Hotel on Rt. 201, heads north to Rt. 15, north to the Kingsbury Pond rest stop. After about a 20 min break, we head north to Abbot Village and then up to Moosehead Lake where we take a lunch break at Woody’s Bar & Grill in Greenville Junction. From there then we head on up to Rockwood then Jackman and follow Rt. 201 south back to the Solon Hotel for a great dinner and live music! There are also auctions and raffles!
