People are talking about your business on social media. Deciding when you should respond to the positive and the negative – or if you should respond at all – is one of the toughest (but most important) parts of a social media plan.
For our November breakfast, we’re bringing together an all-star panel (including a few SMBBGR Awards winners) from a variety of businesses and organizations. You’ll hear their thoughts about when responding is a good idea, some best practices for your responses, and even some innovative ways to get people talking in the first place. There will also be time for Q&A from the audience at the end of the panel.
We’re excited to welcome our panelists: Carolyn Callahan WABI of WABI TV5, Jason Clay of Governor’s Restaurant, Ben Sprague of the Bangor City Council and Means Investment Company, and Mark Nason of NESCom and 89.3fm WHSN Bangor. The panel will be moderated by Justin Russell of Sephone Interactive Media and creator of Bangor events site Re:Bangor.
