SERC May’s Artist in Residence Lecture

Gary Hoyle, Acadia’ Artist in Residence for May, will present a lecture about his work making museum exhibits, using his work sculpting life-like turtles as a reference. Mr. Hoyle had a long career at the Maine State Museum, designing and creating exhibits and dioramas. He is currently a consultant with the George B. Dorr Museum of Natural History at College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor. The lecture will be held at the Moore Auditorium on the SERC campus and is free and open to the public. Donations are always welcome at the door.
