SEARSPORT, Maine — Habitat for Humanity of Waldo County will hold an open house at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at its newly constructed home at 84 Old County Road.
The open house is also an opportunity to meet Habitat’s partner family for this second home, Damien, Holly, Abigail and Noah Brown of Stockton Springs. The house will be sold at fair market value to the Browns with a no-interest loan to keep the mortgage payments affordable, a Habitat spokesman said.
