Postponed one week to Feb 16 – ‘Freezin’ for a Reason’ Polar Dip

DEDHAM, February 7 – Due to the approaching storm in our area, the “Freezin’ for a Reason” Polar Dip at Camp CaPella has been postponed one week and will be held on Saturday, February 16, also at Camp CaPella. Proceeds will still benefit Camp Sunshine and Camp CaPella.

Dana Mosher, executive director for Camp CaPella, explained that “attempting to conduct such an event in the midst of a major winter storm would be unsafe for our participants. With the weather forecast being what it is, postponing this major fundraising event for Camp CaPella and Camp Sunshine a week is the only realistic thing to do.”

The event will go on nonetheless, but one week later. Stay tuned.
