“Earth’s Wild Ride” is a story from 200 years in the future that features a moon colonist and his grandchildren as they watch the earth during a solar eclipse. The grandfather recalls the nature of the blue planet where he was born and its most dramatic events including volcano eruptions, dinosaur extinctions and torrential storms. This Omnidome spectacle crosses time and space through computer animation and immerses viewers in the future and past on “Earth’s Wild Ride”. A tour of the season’s night sky, its constellations and planets demonstrates the lovely views Earthlings still enjoy today in Maine.
