Join us in the kitchen! The Cancer Project is delighted to bring valuable, lifesaving nutrition information to the Midcoast, Maine community. Join Food for Life instructor, Mimi McGee in exploring how a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes can enhance your health and support your wellness goals. Learn the latest nutrition information, enjoy cooking demonstrations, taste healthy, delicious dishes, and share your experiences in a supportive group setting. The four week series starts Thursday, September 6 to 27, from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. The cost is $60 and scholarships are available based on need. Please call 596-8950 for more information or to register.
