The Hampden Academy sophomore class will sponsor this year’s Valentine’s Parent-Child Dance on from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, in the Hampden Academy Dining Commons. The cost is $5 per person/$12 per family and parents must accompany their child(ren). The event is open to all SAD 22 students in grades three, four and five. Refreshments will be provided and prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. There will be a professional photographer available for those who wish to order pictures. All proceeds will be donated to the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter.
