The Parent-Child program at Ashwood Waldorf School is for children from 18 months to 36 months with a parent or caregiver. The children experience free play, puppetry and storytelling while their parents are nearby making toys or crafts and learning about parenting the young child. Classes are led by early childhood educator Cherry Short-Lee, who brings to the program decades of experiences as a teacher and mother as well as a wealth of wisdom in the areas of early childhood education, handcrafting, and parenting.

The fee for the session is $250. Infant siblings are welcome at no cost. A sibling over six months old may be enrolled for half of the tuition. The enrollment deadline is Friday, September 13. For more information, or to receive a registration form, please contact Laura Purdom at info@ashwoodwaldorf.org or 207-236-8021 or go to: www.ashwoodwaldorf.org/parent-child to download a registration form.
