Open Workshop & Firing for Metal Clay

The Beaded Moose, 1460 Outer Hammond St., Bangor, will host an Open Workshop & Firing Day for metal clay on Sunday, March 17, from 10 a.m.to 4 p.m.

The Workshop is open to anyone who works in metal clay. Come in and finish up projects. Get things fired. Share techniques and information with others who work in metal clay. Have fun!

Some tools will be available to use but participants are urged to bring their own. This workshop will focus on silver metal clay. We will be firing flat pieces, hollow forms and pieces with heat-safe stones. There will be some metal clay available for purchase.

Local artist and metal clay instructor Janelle Delicata will be on hand to fire the kiln and help with questions.

Cost for the Workshop is $20. Bring your lunch. Pre-registration is suggested. Call the Beaded Moose (207-922-2099) to register or for more information.
