Pairings at the Civic Center Café Court will be working their magic with fresh and local produce, right from our Maine Harvest Festival Vendors. There’s plenty of sit-down dining and toe-tapping music at this Festival café. Their desserts are a must have, and a perfect ending to a great meal! Extend that local and fresh festival experience by asking Pairings to pack your next meal to go!

Nostrano

Nostrano is just outside the Auditorium entrance offering their smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, baby back ribs, and beef back ribs, (vacuum packed) smoked atlantic salmon, and their jared and processed barbecue sauce. Sit a spell at their outside tables while it’s “hot off the smoker,” or have them pack it to go — it’s finger lickin’ good!

Pizza Pie On The Fly!

Pizza Pie on the Fly, and their wood fired pizza is to die for! Right outside the Auditorium doors. All local ingredients, with many cheeses, meats and vegetables selected from our Festival Vendors. What a fresh and local experience. And…if you are on the fly, order to go!
