BANGOR, Maine — A Holiday Concert will be presented 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, in Sekera Auditorium, John Bapst Memorial High School.

The annual winter concert features performances by the school’s five ensembles: Chorale, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Chamber Chorale, and Concert Choir. The historic “Hallelujah Chorus” and “Sleigh Ride” will be performed. The Holiday Concert is open to the public with limited seating. Admission is $3.00 per person either in advance at the Fine Arts Office or at the door.

“Our choristers and musicians have been working for months on a program that is sure to inspire the holiday spirit,” said John Bapst Music Director Al McIntyre. “The Holiday Choir is one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the school year, and this year promises to be a delight to the entire community. All are welcome.”

Snow date is Dec. 16.
