Plan to attend Saint Paul the Apostle Parish’s “Jazz on a Winter’s Day” gourmet brunch on Feb. 2, at St. John’s Church Hall, 217 York St., Bangor. The Knights of Columbus will prepare this culinary delight and music will be provided by Piero Brovarone, parish high school youth and with a special appearance by Father Seamus on the double bass. There will be two seatings, at 8:30 and 10:30 am. Tickets are $10 each and $5 for children under age 10. Advance purchase of tickets are suggested by calling 217-6740. Proceeds benefit the Youth Pilgrimage to Rome, Italy.
