The Kennebec-Somerset Transition Team and the Town of Pittsfield will host a free workshop on Wednesday, May 08, 2013 from 11;00 am – 12:30 pm at the Pittsfield Public Library at the corner of Library Street and Main Street. Job Fairs attract many who are trying to find a new job. Want to imporve the odds for getting the job you want? The secret to success at a job fair is preparing in advance. Learn how to make the most of any job fair. Topics will include: (1) What to do before the Job Fair; (2) What to bring; (3) What to wear: (4) What to ask; and (5) What to do after to make a lastng impression. The workshop is free and open to the public. This is your chance to learn from an expert and to increase your chances of obtaining a job at upcoming job fairs. Also attend the Kennebec-Somerset Transition Team and Town of Pittsfield’s Job Fair on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm at the Warsaw Middle School Gym and Cafeteria to put some of these tips into action.
