Holiday Caroling Party to benefit land trust

THOMASTON, Maine — The Georges River Land Trust will sponsor a Holiday Caroling Party at 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16. After caroling, guests will be treated to a hot soup dinner and refreshments. Tickets are $25 land trust members, $30 others to the event benefit the Georges River Land Trust. Tickets must be purchased in advance at www.grlt.org/revelryevents.html or by calling 207-594-5166.

The evening will start with caroling from Main Street through the neighborhoods of 19th century Thomaston. Tony Antolini, artistic director of the renowned Down East Singers, will lead the caroling.

The après singing party will be hosted by Carolyn Whitaker and Carl Danielson at their home in Thomaston.
