CAMDEN-ROCKPORT, Maine  – Hike Ragged and Bald mountains at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, on the Georges Highland Path. Organizers said the scenic three-mile jaunt is part of the much longer Georges Highland Path made and conserved by Georges River Land Trust. They classify the hike at challenging.

Meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Waldo County YMCA in Belfast to carpool, or meet at 10 a.m. at the Ragged Mountain parking lot on Route 17 in Rockport at 10:00. Bring water, lunch, extra warm layers.
