HEBRON, Maine — Hebron Academy Director of Buildings and Grounds Michael Hughes and Assistant Director Tim Scammon announced that Robinson Arena is now open for public skating 2:30-4:30 p.m. Sunday through March 10.
The cost is $3, $2 children 12 and under. Parking is available in the Athletic Center lot off Route 119.
Skating sessions are free to children participating in the Maine WinterKids Passport program. The WinterKids Passport offers all Maine fifth-, sixth- and seventh-graders the opportunity to learn and enjoy winter sports with free and discounted tickets, lessons and rentals at outdoor recreation areas across the state. The WinterKids Passport includes 17 alpine ski areas, 22 Nordic centers, 13 ice arenas, two tubing parks and dog sledding.
