The Trinitarian Congregational Parish of Castine is gathering donations of non-perishable food as an opportunity to Celebrate the Harvest during worship on Sunday, November 18. While the Thanksgiving season is a wonderful time to celebrate our bounty with special feasts and gatherings, reality shows us that many people cannot afford even the basic foods necessary for healthy meals and good lives. And so we pause to share our bounty with local food banks. Food donations can be dropped off at the church mornings from 9:00 am to noon. Worship is at 9:30 am on Sunday. All are welcome.
