September is National Yoga Month and the Belfast Yoga is celebrating with free classes all week for first-time students. These are classes for every level and include Iyengar, Integral, Flow and Yamuna® Yoga, as well as four classes in Yamuna® Body Rolling.

Body rolling practice has earned respect from chiropractors, physical therapists, Yoga instructors, Pilates and Gyrotonic instructors, massage therapists, body workers, fitness instructors and dance teachers across the country.

Whether you’re young or old, a fitness buff or a couch potato, rolling with a YBR Ball can help you feel better, more vibrant and more alive! You’ll have a “ball” toning, strengthening, and realigning your body. It’s a workout, a massage, and a chiropractic session all in one. The ball replaces hands as it moves on muscles to stretch them, dislodge tension and discomfort, increase blood flow, and promote healing.
