SHALL WE DANCE

1937 • 109m

Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers star in their seventh outing together. As a publicity stunt, a ballet dancer and a showgirl fake a marriage, and end up falling in love. This 1937 classic features a score by George and Ira Gershwin and includes the title song, “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off,” “Slap That Bass, ”They All Laughed,” and the Academy Award-nominated “They Can’t Take That Away From Me.”
