HOLDEN, Maine — Brewer Physical Therapy invites you to attend a free clinical workshop at 51 Main Road in Holden. Join us for a session of informative discussion, education, and exercise aimed at helping to decrease or prevent heel pain or plantar fasciitis—free of charge! Anyone who is suffering from occasional or constant pain in the foot/heel is welcome to attend. The clinic will cover helpful topics such as:

•The difference between heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, and arthritis

•The different types of shoe inserts and other supports/braces available

•Exercises to help decrease or prevent pain

These FREE sessions will be directed by Licensed Physical Therapist Anne Knowles, the only therapist in the Bangor area certified by the McKenzie Institute in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment.
