Film about poverty to be screened at Belfast library

BELFAST, Maine — “The End of Poverty,” a new film that looks at poverty and income inequality around the world, will be shown at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Belfast Free Library on High Street.

The documentary is narrated by actor Martin Sheen. The screening is another in the community forum series sponsored by the Peace and Justice Group of Waldo County.

Admission is free, with donations accepted. A discussion will follow the film.
