Venture out to the nature center to enjoy Spring Fest, our annual day long celebration of International Migratory Bird Day. This year’s activities will include bird walks, a children’s activity area, live music, a bio-blitz and more. All ages, get out in nature and spend some time with us!

Schedule of activities

7-8:30am – Bird Walk with Bruce Barker and Jerry Smith

9–11:00am – Birding By Ear Walk with Steve Coleman

9:30-11:30am – Bird Banding with Rad Mayfield

10–11:00am – Vermi-composting Demonstration with Ted Taylor

10–Noon – Children’s Activity Area with Stillwater Montessori

11am-2pm – Live Music Sing-Along

11am-Noon – Sounds, Sights & Scents, a sensory walk with Cyndi Kuhn

Noon-1pm – Live Amphibian Presentation FPAC staff

Noon-2pm – Free Play Area for Children

1-2pm – Bio-blitz with Matt Dubel
