Staff from NOAA Fisheries Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will provide a variety of family-oriented activities and art projects to highlight the recovery of endangered species in Maine. Children’s activities will include crafting endangered species masks, salmon migration games, and storytelling. The library’s children’s department will also feature a collection of books about endangered species. This event is one of many that will be occurring in downtown Bangor as a part of Kid Central Fest 2013. Admission is free and open to the public.
