BANGOR, Maine — Walmart and The Salvation Army announced that they will partner to help provide new toys and coats to local children for Christmas with the “Fill the Truck” toy drive 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Bangor and Brewer Wal-Mart stores.

The public is invited to donate new toys and children’s coats. The collection is expected to provide gifts to more than 500 children, from newborns to age 17.

Radio station Q106 will broadcast live at the Brewer Walmart and Classic Hits I-95 will broadcast live at the Bangor Walmart.
