Computers Available at the Lincoln Memorial Library in Dennysville for Information and Sign Up with the Affordable Health Care Act

Keeping up with new rules, regulations, and laws is always a challenge, and now people who have no heath insurance are faced with a deadline of October 31st to sign up for the Affordable Health Care program. To assist with this, the Lincoln Memorial Library has some printed out, take-home information about accessing information concerning the Affordable Health Care Act. Also, especially available for those who don’t have a computer or an internet connection at home, there will be an icon on the four public use computers which will direct users to a website that will contain information, options, and eventual sign-up directions for those who do not presently have health insurance and will need to have signed up by October 31st, as is required by the Affordable Health Care Act.

For the information of those who have access to the internet through home or work, they will be able to connect through .

The library hours are Mon. 4 – 6 p.m., Tues. 1:30 – 4 p.m., Wed. 2 – 4 p.m., Thurs. 2 – 5 p.m., & Fri. 1:30 – 4 p.m. Closed for state and federal holidays. Many who own some sort of portable computer find they can connect with the internet while sitting on the library porch steps or even parked in their cars behind the library building. Handy for closed days and hours!
