On Sunday, March 24, at 3 p.m. Chicago’s legendary comedy improv and theater company, The Second City, will appear at the Camden Opera House, performing some of the best sketches, songs and improvisations from Second City’s 52-year history. The Second City: Laughing Matters show delivers cutting-edge satiric revues performed by the next generation of comic legends.

Second City has been the spawning pool and training ground for just about everyone who has been making people in this country laugh for decades. Its alumni include Alan Arkin, John Belushi, Mike Myers, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Gilda Radner, John Candy, Catherine O’Hara, Tina Fey, Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, and on and on.

Tickets for the show are $25 or $14 for ages 16 and under and are available online at www.camdenoperahouse.com, by phone at 470-7066, or at the Camden Town Office, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
