BYOB (Body!), Wednesdays, 6-7pm, May 23 – June 27, 2012 at the Cobscook Community Learning Center, 10 Commissary Point Rd, Trescott. No Gym Needed Take-Home Exercise program for ages 16+. Discussion & demonstration of strength-building exercises that utilize body weight. Participants will learn various exercises to strengthen & tone without needing gym access or equipment.
