Butterfly survey volunteers needed

WATERVILLE, Maine — New adult volunteers are needed to participate in the Maine Butterfly Survey. A training workshop will be held 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, April 20, in the Olin Building, Room 1, at Colby College. The workshop will cover basic butterfly ecology and behavior, identification, survey methods, resources and reporting.

The workshop is free and lunch will be provided. To register, contact Dr. Herb Wilson at hwilson@colby.edu or 207-859-5739 as soon as possible.
