Brewer Physical Therapy is offering a free clinic, including exercises aimed to help decrease or prevent neck pain. Anyone suffering from occasional or constant neck or shoulder blade area pain is welcome to attend. This session will cover the following:

•The anatomy of the neck

•Common causes of neck pain

•The difference between muscle strain, bulging discs, arthritis and stenosis

•Exercises to help relieve discomfort

•When to use heat or ice

•What to look for in a pillow

•Plus a complimentary 10-minute shoulder chair massage from Brenda McLeary, Licensed Massage Therapist
