Brewer Physical Therapy is offering a free clinic including exercises aimed to help decrease or prevent knee pain. Anyone suffering from occasional or constant knee pain is welcome to attend. This session will cover the following:

•The anatomy of the knee

•Common causes of knee pain

•The difference between arthritis, tendinitis, cartilage and ligament problems

•Exercises for stretching and for strengthening

•When to use heat or ice

•Knee braces.
