Penquis Maine Families and Eastern Maine Medical Center are holding the Boot Camp for New Dads Workshop on Nov. 28th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at Eastern Maine Medical Center. New babies don’t come with an owner’s manual. Lots of first time fathers have questions. How do I hold, feed, talk to, or play with my baby?

Boot Camp For New Dads offers first time fathers – to – be a chance to talk with experienced dads who bring their own babies. This workshop is designed for dads-to-be that are in the last trimester of pregnancy.

Spend one free, 3 hour workshop in a casual setting just for new dads. Participants have shared that they leave the workshop feeling more confident in their ability to be a great dad. Pizza and Drinks will be provided too!
