Dr. Lovejoy’s innovative work as a conservation biologist has established much of our understanding of the value of biodiversity. A senior science advisor to three U.S. Presidents and to the president of the United Nations Foundation, he has influenced a wide spectrum of fields, from science and science education to environmental policy and decision making on a global scale.
