Basic Fly Tying Class

BREWER, Maine — The Penobscot Fly Fishers will offering its annual eight-week fly tying class, 6-8 p.m. Mondays, starting Jan. 7, at the Penobscot County Conservation Association, 570 North Main St.

The course fee is $40 and includes all the necessary materials and the use of fly tying tools during class time. It alsowill include a fly box. Those students who have tying equipment are invited to bring it.

The class is limited to 24 students on a first come, first serve basis. Students under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Participants will be required to sign a waiver form.
