The Bangor Band will perform a free Veterans Day Concert on Monday, November 12, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cole Land Transportation Museum, 405 Perry Road, in Bangor. The concert is part of the Museum’s Veterans Day festivities. The band will be conducted by Curvin Farnham, the band’s new conductor as of Fall, 2012. The concert will feature patriotic music, ranging from “Victory at Sea” and “America the Beautiful” to the “Armed Forces Salute” and “Fairest of the Fair.” For more information, call 945-9397, or 356-1952.
