Author Bill Roorbach shares ‘Life Among Giants’ at Bar Harbor library Sept. 12

Award-winning nature writer and novelist Bill Roorbach comes to the Jesup Memorial Library, 34 Mt. Desert Street, on Thursday, Sept. 12, at 7 p.m. to share his novel “Life Among Giants” which has won raves from critics.

The book, released last year, is out in paperback now, and copies will be available for purchase at the Sept. 12 library event courtesy of Sherman’s books which is co-sponsor of Mr. Roorbach’s visit; a portion of the proceeds from all books bought that night will be donated to the Jesup.
