The Lincoln Street Center for Arts and Education welcomes Amy Durocher photographer/artist to the Gallery for her exhibit May 25-31, 2012.

Opening May 25 6-9pm.

Please join us in the Gallery on May 25th from 6 to 9pm for an opening reception for “Calm and Wonder”, an exhibit of photography and other work by Amy Durocher. The show runs through May 31st.

Amy Durocher is a photographer/artist living in Whitefield, Maine. Her work explores emotional reactions to the outside world from the core within. Amy came to Maine in the spring of 2011 after 25 years in New York City, and a childhood in Western New York State. She has studied drawing, painting, sculpture and printmaking in addition to photography and will be exhibiting work in several media.

Amy’s work has been seen in a group exhibit at the Soho Photo Gallery, The Park Slope Courier, Schmap Guides, and her book “A Walk in the Park: Photographs of Prospect Park“.
